• Our classes are gentle and designed around the needs of people with long term conditions. • In all our classes we encourage you to work at the right level for you, so there will always be the opportunity to sit in a chair rather than stand if that is more appropriate for you. • Our tutors are specially trained in working with people with long term conditions and understand your needs. • Classes are at different levels and our tutors will help you to choose the level that is right for you.
Please wear comfy clothes and shoes for stretching and bring a blanket and a bottle of water. Please tell your doctor or other health care professional that you have started this new exercise programme, they may have worthwhile advice for you to share with our instructors.
If you don’t see a class in your area send us your name, contact details and where you live and when we have enough people in your area we’ll try to set up a group so tell your friends to send in their details too!
