Ease yourself into exercise with this circuits class, designed to build strength and stamina and get the heart rate up. There will be about ten stations set up around the room each with a different exercise to work on arms, legs, balance, and co-ordination. It's fun and challenging and you can work at the level you prefer with each exercise.
The class is on every Monday from 10.30-11.30am at Spartans Community Football Academy in Pilton. Only £2 each week!
