Hannah has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and trained with Brigid McCarthy Pilates Studio. She previously taught at MSTC in Leith and has experience teaching a range of different conditions as well as pre and post natal Pilates.
Hannah first discovered Pilates during her dance training and found it invaluable as a tool to connect mind and body, creating a greater sense of awareness of the body as a whole.
The techniques you will learn within Pilates will help improve posture, strength, balance and mobility. The class will give you the time and space to focus on your own body in a supportive environment. Additionally, the class will help you develop safe and efficient movement patterns.
No previous experience necessary. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and socks.
